Your company has recently been harassing me over a supposed "Telkom debt" making absurd claims about listing me and selling my assets.
I have several problems with this:
1) I last had a Telkom account in May 2011 when I cancelled the line and paid it off in full - I have received NO correspondence from Telkom since them, in short I owe them nothing, in fact I overpaid the last account by a few rands to be sure, so technically they owe me.
2) I have never received an invoice or telephone contact from Telkom (Despite them having both my cellphone number and my postal box on records) for the amount in question - it is a necessary legal precursor for them to do this before contacting an agency, so you even contacting me is illegal and therefore constitutes illegal harassment.
3) There are legal procedures required by you before you can "attach my assets" these again involve contacting me - which you have not done - so again you are in violation of the law and are illegally harassing me.
4) The amount is so small that it is laughable that telkom would even persue this.
I demand that you desist all threats against me immediately and stop wasting my time or face legal action.
