Sick and tired about cell C and unprofessionalism

Sometime 2010 I had problems with my account, I spoke with Cell c n made payment later on, my account was written off as bad debt while I took this matter to National Consumer Commission. We agreed upon the amount that need to be settled, I have paid that money, When I phone Cell c for allocations, they told me it appears, However still owe them 100, which surprised me, They never made any contact with, till I receive a call and sms frm their lawyers trying to collect money from me, THE LAWYER SMS IS AS FOLLOWS"J MONCHUSI NOTICE: HANDOVER OF Cell C ACC 01435231 FOR DEBT COLLECTION TO Pholosa. CALL 011 317 4308. R2, 284.95 DUE 06JUN13"
From R100.00 my account went to R2284.96. My question is how can you proceed with legal actions while written off accounts remain in client credit profile for 2 years? Hence I have been paying. This shows very well that you have been harsh with me during your customer services.
I Do have a lawyer that can deal with your non compliance and incorrect collection of your money and legal action.
