Highly dissapointed with vodacom

In november 2012 i contacted the legal department to make settlement arrangement for my vodacom account which was due and for which they listed me on itc as default.ive spoken to a lady mavis who was very helpfull at bernaurd and attorneys, however she promised me that if i make payment that she would have vodacom to remove my listing after i paid only to receive a letter stating that they will update my itc but not remove the listing.i lodge disputes with itc nothing happened and phoned vodacom legal collections ive spoken to kea there who also refused to have the default removed even though i have three current vodacom accounts and could probably defaulted on that ones aswell if i havent learnt my lession.kea wasnt helpfull at all, all she been saying was sorry but we wont remove your default you young and you have to learn how discustingly rude of vodacom throwing age at my face i urgently please need some manageable assistance here you can look up my three current contracts on dealerweb and check my payment profile which is great why holding me as a default when i got three new current contracts with you guys for more then 4 months and conducting it good? please assist!!!
