VVM attorneys were instructed by Vodacom service provider to make sure I paid up my arrears I had on my cell phone contract with Vodacom. I paid the balance of my arreas in full last year on the 25 of September 2012 however Vodacom has still till today listed me as not paid. Till date VVM has failed to notify Vodacom of my payments and has also failed to write me the letter of payment confirmation however closed the matter. Nothing has been done to sort out the matter and now my credit confidance is ruined. Several calls were made to this company yet, they constantly to shall urgently write me such letter and to sort out the matter but to no avail.
