Blacklisted AFTER account is settled!!!

On 10 May 2012, after receiving a discounted settlement amount from Vodacom, I settled my account in full; I received a letter stating that my account has been settled in full. I applied for an overdraft and was informed that I have been listed by Vodacom for an outstanding amount. I found that the amount in question was in fact for the discounted amount offered to me by Vodacom. Upon further investigation I found that I was listed 2 months after settling the account. I found out that I have been handed over to another attorney on the 15th of Nov 2013. On Monday 09 Dec 2013 my fianc? contacted Vodacom (a lady named Chivani took the call) and requested a letter stating they made a mistake listing me and my account is in fact settled. She informed him that the letter will take 48hrs to be sent to me. It has now been 51hrs and still nothing. I have contacted Vodacom myself and spoke to Thabiso Skanane who informed me that the letter takes 3 days and I will only receive the letter on Friday (Monday to Friday is apparently 3 days and not the usual 5). Can someone PLEASE have this sorted and sent me the letter so I can move on with my life and NOT have to deal with Vodacom EVER again!!
