I had a cellphone contract with vodacom that was handed over to Jacobs burnard attorneys, a garnish order was done on my salary in 2009 and since then they have been deducting money. Today me and my husband spoke to a Rose from Jacobs and burnard attorneys to request documentation and information to try and clear my credit profile. She informed us in so many words that it is month end and that she wont be able to help us now. So my life should be put on hold now because it is month end and who does she think she is to talk to us like i owe her personally or she is doing me a favour. This is the worst service ever and companies like these should be giving their staff training on how to speak to the public (she informed me vodacom is her client) A real thorny Rose.
