I received a letter of demand from Jacobs Burnard And Associates stating that I owe Vodacom R32, 900.47. This was a fax message sent to my office which was really embarrassing and inconvenient. I have never owned a vodacom cell phone in my life and the first I ever see of this account was a threatening letter of demand from these people.
Threats include: Summoning, Black listing, Attaching my property, Additional Interest charged
They then send me an account which is addressed to Bedfordview - I live in Eastern Cape.
I cannot believe a firm can allow itself to be so blatantly! Above this the person I phoned rattled off the details so fast between screaming at her fellow workers which were so loud I could not hear properly.
I am really disgusted in this firm.
