Hi,
Was on cell c month to month 200 contract and decided to go for the iPhone 5 special. Waited for three weeks but was made aware of the wait before. Phone was delivered Thursday the 14th of February and i called the call center to do the sim swap to the new nano sim. When the swap wasn't done on Monday the 18th i called the call center again and the promised to sort it out the same day. It is now Tuesday the 19th and past the 48 hours i can possibly take to do a simple sim swap. Think its time to cancel my contact and cell c to come fetch their new phone.
