Frustrated by Overall Service At Cell C

Migrated from MTN after over 10 years good service. 'excellent' offer Cell C- iPhone 5, 500MB etc. I received my phone at the end of January 2013, to date I had my calls dropped repeatedly, my callers get through to my voicemail, No internet connectivity, I cannot use iMessage, I cannot use whatsapp, facebook or any app 90% of the time.

11th of Feb- I called in and was given a reference number, the agent gave me hope but nothing was done, I called in 2 days later and was told the query will have to be logged again. On Friday, 15/02, I went into the Sandton City branch, who said my phone does not have the latest software and this is causing the issues, After spending more than an hour downloading new software, I still have the same issues, which get worse each day. On Sunday 17/2, I called the call center, explained my issues with Cell C again! The agent Pumza 'Zungu' told me Tasveer 'Devnath' would call me. Tasveer said the problem is escalated and an engineer will be sent to my area. I have not received the ticketing num as indicated. I called through 3 times tonight to explain with no resolution. Quality of service at a higher price at MTN or another provider is worth it!
