Horrible Blackberries

Hi bought my first blackberry in rustenburg in 2011. It was not 3 months when the phone stared giving problems, freesing, shutting itself off, battery only lasting for about 3 hours. I finally got to Menlyn vodacare (since I moved house) in October 2011 where they took my blackberry and after 2 week s informed me they have to replace the phone. Went in and collected a referbished phone. Not even a few months the new phone stared with the same problem as the first one. After much frustration I bought a new Blackberry on Sunday 10 Feb 2013 as my old Blackberry was refusing to connect to the BB server. Had the phone for 1 day when it started giving problems, shutting itself off, battery lasting 2 hours and then on day 5 the phone switched itself off and refused to go back on. No this is totally unexeptable. Gave the phone back on Friday 15 Feb 2013 and now I have to struggle to get feedback from yet another BB not working. This is rediculous!!!
