I entered into a contract with Vodacom in Febr 2012 with a Blackberry phone. My keyboard started giving problems on 5 Jan and the phone was handed in at Vodacom Centurion on 6 Jan 2013. When I collected my phone on 15 Jan, Alicia informed me that my old phone was not repaired, but Blackberry had replaced it with a refurphised phone. Since the 15th I haven't been able to connect to the internet or App world. I have a major problem with the fact that I entered into the contract with a new phone and now have to sit with refurbished phone which means I now have some else's problems!!
