Refusal to do a SimSwop

Hi There Peter

Today I lost my business simcard due to the change of the phone, but the problem is that I cannot find it now and within an hour I went to buy a new staterpack to do the SimSwop, when I phoned MTN callcentre, they told me I cannot do it, since I did it on the 27th last month so I should wait another ten days before my clients can get me, please help me as I will be losing alot of business, I do not have a number at the current stage or contact me on 078 139 0941.
