Struggling for a month with nanosim

A month ago I upgraded to an iPhone, i had to do a simswop to receive a nanosim for the IPhone, it still is not functioning after more than a month of more than 15 phone calls average of 30 minutes for each call. Each time they tell me That it's working, when in fact they have done the simswop 3 times on my datasim instead of my primary sim of which I have provided them with the Simcard number each time. I had to pay for nanosims 3 times, even though it is not my fault. I have written a letter stating my problem, and still no nanosim activated correctly! I have received my 3rd one today, inserted it in my phone, and once again it has been activated as a datasim! And not showing my number on which the swop was supposed to be done! Both my iPads data simcards was also deactivated as a result of the incompetence of autopage! And still, after 3 "successful" simswops, my old sim that was supposed to stop working a month ago, is still working in my BLACKBERRY! I doubt it if my complaint will get them to fix this problem!
