1 MONTH STILL WAITING FOR A CONTRACT PHONE

My name is Nonhlanhla Shezi, contract no: I2252926-2, cell phone 076 318 7597, i went to Jabulani Mall to get a new upgrade for a new fone, i waited for two weeks a lady by the name of Lizie phoned me to come and collect my phone on my arrival i was told my phone was handed to someone becuase i couldnt qualify for an uprade, i was so angry. then i went to Dobsonville mall, i was told i will get my fone within a week i waited 2 weeks for a Nokia Lumia 820, but the was a problem with a phone i send it back. its been a month now, i went on the 16 Febrauary to cancel my contrat i was told i will have to call customer call centre of which i did, i lodge a query on the 16 and 18 February nothing has been done yet, instead vodacom debited my account for R280.00 then later returned it for what i dont know, i have received an invoice with an amount of R830.00 oustanding for phone i dont have, what i service i received from Jabulani Mall and Dosbonville Vodacom Outlet, i want to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. i regret that day i joined Vodacom Family what a service they offer to loyal customer, All i want is to cancel my vodacom contract.
