I am totally appalled by the service I received from vodacom in trying to unlock my simcard I use for my internet. They asked the most rediculous questions and refused to give me the simcards number (which I lost during an upgrade and simswop with no help from vodacom to carry my numbers over). I am stunned that a big business like vodacom can allow for such bad client service since their tarrifs are so uncompetitive anyway. I assume they are on their last legs if this is their way of doing business. I will change my contracts asap.
