The manager at East Rand Mall MTN has yet to call me back regarding this repair, even though I was promised a call on Friday. It is now Monday and I have had to call the shop myself and use my own airtime only to find out that David is not at work today. The person I spoke to was unenthusiastic, even going so far as to sigh in frustration at my requests. No one can tell me when my phone will be repaired, or when I can expect a call to let me know. At this point I am having to use my own money to do MTN's job since no one is capable of offering a decent level of customer service in this whole organisation.
