For the past year and couple of months i have been paying R159.00 for a phone I have never received yet alone used. Plasma Mobile contacted my husband and offered him a Blackberry 8520 Smartphone yet today we never received it. We didnt even sign any documentation YET MY ACCOUNT is debited every month by MTN.I have been pushed from pillar to post and MTN tells me its not their problem I must call Plasma Mobile as they offered us the deal but the point that i wish to stress here is that on my BANK STATEMENT IS SHOWS THAT MTN SP DEBITS THE FUNDS NOT PLASMA MOBILE.At 9am I spoke to agent after agent today and was promised a call back from a manager named Phumzile till this very minute i am waiting for her to call me back. I called back at 11:29am and got throught to a consultant name Zandi who wasted my time & then put me through to her manager Kamelash who promised she will call me back today it is now 13:30om and I am still waiting for her to contact me. I cant believe that no one can help with this and that MTN is business partners with Plasma Mobile yet they tell me there is nothing thaqt they can do. The number on the website for Plasma Mobile doesnt even ring. Emails dont work.
