I sent my phone (nokia lumia 520) in for repairs (ref: PRE 437 396) through East Rand Mall Cell C on 21/08/2013, the phone was not switching on, it was decided that i should hand in my battery as well, my paper work also shows this. Last week, 13/08/2013, I called to follow up if my device had been returned from the repair centre, and i was told i can come and collect it (they failed to send me an sms notification as they promised). I got to the store and found that my battery was not with my phone, the guy at the store said he will contact the repair centre and request that the send my battery. On Monday i call the East Rand Mall and was told that the battery would be delivered in 7 working days, this sounded odd, so I called the repair centre to confirm. The repair centre said they did not get the query. I called the store again, and the store insisted that the battery will be delivered in 3 days time. I called repair centre again, and this time i was told that their paper work shows that my phone didn't have a battery when they received, so I must take this issue up with store.
ALL I WANT IS TO GET MY BATTERY BACK. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?? I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AFTER ALL
