My contract expired in February. After several attempts to obtain a new phone at Game, Vodashop and Vodacom westgate, I gave up on it. However, a phonecall from a Vodacom tele salesman made it sound real easy! Just give an address, and we deliver a phone to your door! WONDERFUL!!! However, the beginning of a nightmare! The battery would not charge! Off to Westgate Vodacom only 17 kilos from home! Sorry sir, you' ve got to take this phone to Vodacom Cresta, they will fix it while you wait! July 17 2013 I have the opportunity to travel to Cresta! Sorry sir, but we cannot fix your phone here, this will take 21 days! Today July 25 2013 I have the opportunity to travel to Cresta again! With my first phonecall Kyla informs me that I should phone 08213509 or 0114764255. Off course no reply. Second call: oh sorry the number is 0116744255. No reply! Third call: let me put you through to our upstairs department! The lady on duty at 10a.m. Upstairs department: give me 10 minutes, I see your phone is ready but not repaired? I will let you know in 10 minutes! It is Sunday night 18:00, I am still waiting for her call!
