Worst service I ever had

My Blackberry had a problem so I took it to Vodacom Westgate who is the nearest to me (4 March). On the job card I complained about the phone restarting by itself and the phone not charging. They sent it to Cresta who apparently does the repairs. After a week (12 March) I got my phone back but it still wasn't charging, all they said on the report is that it was a software upgrade. So I took it back to Cresta (21 March) and had to wait again. There were no communication from them, I had to phone them (11 April) to know what is going on. They said they exchanged it for a "new phone" that I collected on Saturday (13 April) the phone didn't look new, I charged the phone and when I wanted to use it the "new phone's" buttons didn't work. I went back to Cresta on Sunday and complained about it. I must say I cant complain about the service because there is no service. The staff is so rude and the most unfriendly not willing to help. Never had such bad service in my life. I want a new phone not a secondhand phone just to keep my mouth shut.
