I have been trying to get a list of the specials that MTN is running for the staff of SAA since the beginning of February and every time I phone Thabo he just make empty promises and when my husband went there a few days ago he was told that MTN head office haven't send the new deals to them yet, I phoned again on Friday and Thabo told me he is on training but will phone me Monday morning (today) first thing, up until now no phone call yet but when I tried to phone him is phone was off. i need to know how must I do my upgrade if we cant get hold of Thabo or get a list of the deals availible for the month. Do I need to take my contract to another service provider?
