Nashua Mobile

So Tired of Nashua Mobile with all the! Knowing my upgrade was coming up i preordered a Samsung 4 in February. I am still waiting for someone to phone and let me knw when i can come in to do my upgrade. when i phoned Pinetown branch to see if they had stock they said they had a back order of 150 odd. so when i ask where my name is on that list the lady says that is only for people who have done the upgrade already?? so why not tell me i have to do an upgrade to actually put my name on the list. i would have done that that time ago in FEBRUARY!! SO whats the point of preordering if the list they put my name on doesnt get preference??? what a load of . so i decide to go to Pavilion branch and do the upgrade... no problem Pretty tells me, i must just email my letterhead and id on Monday and i should the get the phone on Wednesday or Thrusday!! so first thing i do on monday morning is email the documents she requires only to find out on Tuesday evening that she hasnt received them and now there are 300 odd people in the que for the phone! REALLY!
this kind of service should not be accepted by management! i have been with nashua for many years but am considering changing!!
