Dont give a attitude

I visited Vodaworld on Monday and was told by Thabo that I only need Id or drivers licence and proof of add to upgrade and port the number. When we got there yesterday he asked for other docs. luckily we had them on mail and gave them to him. He said it will take a few mins so we said we will wait. After waiting for him to process, he said that we have to come back the next day as it is late. We left 2 numbers and today he never called. We tried till 12pm and there was no answer so I decided to go there from Kempton Park. Thabo says that he was busy and could not get back to me. The phone that was put aside for me he says Pretty took it. But he has another one for me. There was just so much confusion. I was there from 12 to 14:20 and he could not give me an answer on the verification. He says he can not get through to dept but Pretty says that they not allowed to call. I called him this noon and he did not take my calls. I sent a msg and later he replied that he is still waiting. I think Thabo needs training and is so very confused. Autopage will loose a lot of customers due to poor customer service. Is there any where else I can go to sort this problem out???
