Empty promises and no service

On monday the11th of march I went to the shop as to upgrade my phone, after being showed the list of available options to me I decided on a Sony Xperia V, which was available on the contract list!
After being told that I would have my phone by thuesday, today is Friday the 15th and yet no phone.
I contacted the shop during the week and was promised twice that the staff would get back to me, needless to say i'm still waiting for that phone call.
Why should I then promptly pay my accounts every month on time if my service provider can't uphold the same standards of being on time. This is negatively affecting my work capability and as such I have no further option as to hold Nashua Mobile responsible.
