I emailed a tarrif change form on Nov 2012, I phoned on the 31st of December to confirm that the accoutn was changed to pre-paid. Shawn Human confirmed. Now you tell me nothing has been done. and I see I now owe you R176.00. Dort this out, cancell the contract as requested on 3 occations. Don't even think about billing me.
