Empty promises/bad attitude

I called for the price of parts this afternoon, I spoke to a Thabo, I gave him all the details, he said he will call me back, I reiterated it was urgent, I waited! I then called 1 hour later, I asked to speak to Thabo, they said he had already left. I then called the reception to lodge a complaint, I was told someone would call me back. 15 minutes later I get a call from Alvin, extremely rude with no manners, simply told me that Thabo is a driver and shouldn't be answering the phone, no apology of course. A prime example of a Mickey Mouse operation
