ON THE 29/01/2013 I BOOKED MY FAULTY BLACKBERRY FOR THE SECOND TIME IN ONE YEAR INTO THE VODACOM REPAIR SHOP AT THE BRIDGE IN PORT ELIZABETH. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 2-WEEKS, BUT THEY WILL PHONE ME. TODAY IS THE 18TH OF FEBRUARY 2013, AFTER A LOT OF STRUGGLE SINCE THIS MORNING @ 9H00, BEING CUT OFF, TOLD THAT PEOPLE WERE IN TRAINING AND HAVING THE INCORRECT NUMBER ON THEIR LETTERHEAD, I GOT THROUGH TO BE TOLD THE PHONE IS THERE AND IT HAS ARRIVED ON THE 31ST OF JANUARY 2013.
