Vodashop Customer Service Disappoints

Faulty phone (still under the 2 year guarantee) booked in for repair 29.08.2013, repaired the same day but upon receipt of the phone in the shop it was still faulty. Consultant took phone back - said it will be sent to Jhb. Three weeks later - phone store to hear if phone is there: "If no sms has been received by customer phone is not there" I was told. Phoned on 29.09.2013 again and phone was found to be in the store. Went to collect. Asked consultant to test if phone is in working order, he said battery is flat but he is sure the phone has been repaired. When I wanted to pay the R102 data back-up fee he said it's not necessary. I charged the battery at home and to my dismay realised that the phone is still not working. Went back the following day - was told that the phone was never sent to Jhb and was never booked in! Phone was now booked in (again). I find the way that this has been dealt with by the staff disappointing and unacceptable to say the least!
