I took out my first MTN contract on the 28 September 2012 with MTN corporate (Firstrand). The phone was faulty and i called MTN to find out where i can send the phone to since the phone was delivered to me? and i was told to take it to any MTN store. I took my phone to MTN morningside/sandton for a warranty asseement on the 4th Feb 2013. The assessment passed and i was given a reference number to collect a new phone. I called MTN corpoarate to find out if they will assist me (Ref JR4270417) and they refused to give me a new phone which suprised me and they sent me to a store where i sent my phone for warrantly assessment. On my arrival i was assisted by a guy called Vincent who gave me the best treatment. To my suprised the store supervisor refused to give me a new phone and told me about internal affairs.
I am now phoneless and am paying monthly for something i dont have. Its really unfair on MTN side that i should be paying for something that i dont have. Please help me get a new phone or at lease give me my old phone back. i will have it fixed.
