I booked my brand new Blackberry Z10 cellphone in at the repairs counter at their branch in the Bridge (PE). My new phone just died at the slightest of bumps. 2 weeks later I was told that my phone has been repaired. The following day I drove the 70km to their branch, just to see that it still had the same problem. I booked it in again. That same afternoon I was phoned and told that the manager of the branch tested my phone and he miraculously fixed it. The next morning I drove the 70km again to go and pick it up, just to find out that the problem has not been fixed. The phone was booked in again... I am still waiting for their response. Vodacom, the Bridge in PE has actually convinced me that either Blackberry is just a phone or their technicians don't know what they are doing. Thank goodness my personal cell number is with MTN, I don't think I will be able to handle service like this.
