I sent my Blackberry for repairs on 31 Jan 2013, the top buttons would not work on the phone. The phone was barely 3 months old. After receiving a few sms's stating the phone was in the assessment process I received no further communication. I called them or at least tried to because the number of the repair shop at The Bridge does not work. Apparently they have moved shop. I had to call the other branch to find this out. I then asked the salesman at this branch to please give me the manager of the repair shop's cell number or any other contact number for the repair shop. No sorry, cant help, dont have that info. I then asked can a message please be passed on to the "manager" to call me back. Still waiting!!! I also asked this person (did not get his name) if he could check on the system what the status is on my phone repair. He says they found water damage, standard finding!!! Received another sms to say estimate for job number has been rejected.
How it was rejected is beyond me, nobody sent me an estimate to reject!!
PATHETIC SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!!
