I am very disappointed in MTN. Its now going on to two months that I've been having this problem and still no answers from anybody. I have logged a complaint on Hello Peter last week and still MTN have not yet contacted me. The money is still getting deducted from my wife's phone every single day and no one can or want to give us answers for the problem. I am definitely finished with mtn as a service provider and really disappointed with the service we received from a company of their stature.
