Due to someone resigning from our company, our company's username and password for Hello Peter was not shared with the next person, resulting in that we could not respond to comments.
I asked for assistance using the Contact us e-mail link, and never expected to get a reply within at least a week, if ever!
I was pleasantly surprised to say the least when Linda of Hello Peter responded to my e-mail within an hour, giving me answers to my problem and helping to sort things out.
