It is absolutely ludicrous That a company has to pay a fee to be able to reply to a "complaint" that was lodged against it. In an era of free speech it is to be expected that everyone will be given a fair right of reply. Not so with Hello Peter. Here anyone can lay a so-called "complaint" against a company - for free. And when that company wishes to respond to the allegation then it is required to pay a fee!
Fairness suggests that the complainant needs to also pay a fee to be able to complain. Or allow the person that the complaint concerns a free right of reply. So, get with it Hello Peter and do your civic duty of giving everyone a fair right of reply - for free!
