This is my second Hello Peter on the same matter.
I still don't have any signal when I am in my house on my 3G or cell phone, i would love to use my original Black Berry that i got with my upgrade but after only 6 months I've had to take it in for repairs. I still haven't heard anything back and it's been a month now. I have never experiened any problems with Cell C but in the last month I have struggled to get service and then answers an d after half an answer the problem still continues and I have to return to Hello Peter to get answers. What about me being inconvenienced for a whole month but still have to pay full fees. Cell C I am past angry, that is what is wrong with the customer service, that in the end I am talking to a email account because the people don't have answers.
