Been a week now after first complaint with no response. Wife has also laid a complaint both via phone and hello peter with a very week response on hello peter promising us they will contact us from the call centre.
Still no response!!!
I do always give the company benefit of the doubt to try sort the problem out first time without me having to resort to social media but when service is this out right bad i feel that this is the next step.
Please Cell C give a even just a little service and I will be happy.
