12 months - same problem, no signal in my area. logged 4 calls last year on help desk, a further 2 escalations with supervisors, filled out complaint forms twice at cell c stores and even sent a email to a manger and put complaints on hello peter, from last year till now - NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME, NOT EVEN A FCKENN PHONE CALL.. CELL C SELLS YOU SOMETHING, WHEN IT DOESNT WORK THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE ALL YOUR ATTEMPTS FOR HELP, NOW WAT DA FCK DO I DO, GO STAND OUTSIDE THEIR BUILDING WITH A BOARD, IF YOU LIVE IN THE SOUTH< STAY AWAY FROM CELL C INTERNET, AS FOR THERE SERVICE ITS THE SAME AS TAKING TO BRICK, oh the best part, after putting a complaint n the the net, a replies asking me the same questions I answered on every call I logged and the answers was in the add on hello peter, so like I said,??? DO I DO NOW
