Once again Bonitas has up. In January an amount was simply deducted off my bank account without conferring with me. I ended up complaining through Hello Peter to finally get that problem resolved. In February my monthly premium was not deducted, once again after contacting Hello Peter the problem was fixed. Month no 3 and here we go again. My premium was not deducted on the first. After complaining I was told that it would be deducted on the 15th. GUESS WHAT, IT WAS DEDUCTED, BUT THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT FROM JANUARY BEFORE THE CHANGES WERE MADE. BONITAS IS A JOKE, PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. In the 3 months that I have been with them NOTHING has been done correctly. Every problem has to be passed on to Hello Peter and made public before they pay any attention
