I wanted confirmation on my previous telephonic discussion on the special of R99 for 300MB data is available until I decide to cancel. I was informed that the special is only available for the month of February and thereafter I will be charged the normal price. I was alos informed that I cannot add the data bundle to my contract as I already have a bundle that was provided as part of my contract. I then requested to have that bundle added and was informed I cannot have two bundles on my contract. I then suggested that I get a refund for the smaller included bundle and add the bundle I am requesting to my contract. I was told that that is not a possibility and will never be done. The store in question is Rosebank, Cradock Square and the people in that store cannot even assist in anyway.
