And more!! I have had it with Vodacom!! This is the 2nd time I have been by VODACOM regarding Cell phone contracts!!

After 4-5 years of not having a cell phone contract, I decided to give Vodacom another chance! What a disappointment! From being misinformed about the cell phone contract and my personal requests being totally ignored, I sent the phone back! I sent an email from the website, which, as per usual, it was ignored. After 5 days of hearing nothing, I called the Vodacom Call Center to enquire about my complaint. I spoke to a lady and asked that she send someone to collect the phone as I would like to cancel my contract. She said she would cancel the contract and NO MONIES would be taken off my account as it was within the 14day return policy time frame. No copy of my ID was taken on delivery or collection!!! Since when is this a practice of Vodacom?
Money has been taken off my account after being told that no monies would be taken off my account. Why do your staff have to to consumers? It is appalling! I want my monies put back into my account. Lying is just not on!! Once again, bitterly disappointed with VODACOM!! Shocking service!!
