I am utterly disgusted by the lack of adequate after-sale support for my Galaxy Ace. I have had numerous problems with this device since I have purchased it and no matter how many times I submit my phone for repairs, they still cannot solve the problems. I have taken my phone in at least 4 or 5 times for various problems ranging from sms's not going through to the wi-fi never working, and poor battery life. Every time I send my phone in, they will only ever reset the software, which has not solved anything. I am still battling to understand how Vodacom can advertise a phone that has certain features, but give me a phone that barely does any of them, and STILL not resolve the problems when I point them out. At this point in time, I am extremely disappointed that Vodacom can't make a concerted effort to resolve these problems.
