Galaxy note 2 DAMAGED!!

I received my galaxy note 2 in March this year. Having had a samsung s2 I knew how the phone should perform. I found that when taking pictures using instagram with a flash. The phone stalls. Some apps does not work on the phone. I reset if to factory setting 4 times, and each time problems problems... Sometimes when i make calls, the phone just goes dead, the person on the other end can hear me, but i cant hear them. Other times the phone rings on their side, but not on mine. Then when i work on the phone, it will sometimes just stall for no reason. The sound from the phone is just as bad. The S2's sound output is much better. This is a problem, and frankly i am VERY disappointed in the product.. I have always been a samsung fan, but this!! The phone is awesome, but it is definitely not up to standard!!! Now vodacom wants to SEND IT AWAY for repairs!! How should i be without a phone for 7 days?? I have clients phoning me every day. I send emails from it etc... Micro sim dont fit into any other phone i have!! No, I want a new phone! I am not happy with a fixed up galaxy note 2, If i buy something, it should work from day 1!!
