ON THE 23 OF JUNE 2013 I DROPPED OF MY NOKIA AT CELL C REPAIR CENTRE IN TYGERVALLEY.THIS HANDSET HAS GIVEN ME NUMEROUS PROBLEMS SINCE I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT IN NOV 2011.THE PHONE HAS BEEN BOOKED IN FOR 11 TIMES AND EVERY TIMES IT COMES BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS THT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED.THE PHONE SHUTS DOWN, BATTERY DRAINS IN HALF A DAY, CONNECTION PROBLEMS, PHONE GET WARMS LIKE A OVEN.I AM NOW SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BECAUSE I PAY FOR A PHONE THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND NEVER HAS BEEN.EVERYTIME CELL C JUST TELLS ME BOOK IN THE PHONE.PLEASE THIS TIME I WANT SOME DRASTIC ACTION TO BE TAKEN AND SOLVE THIS MATTER.I AM NOT GONNA BOOK THIS PHONE IN AGAIN BECAUSE ITS INCONVENIENT TO THIS EVERYTIME AND THEN THE PHONE COMES BACK WITH SAME PROBLEMS.CELL C PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER FOR ME.
