It has happened again!
Yesterday when I checked my balances, I had 1.76Gb data on my tablet (0730570909) telling me it expired on the 17/02 - I received no message from MTN this time that my data was about to expire but as I knew I bought R100 airtime so I could buy more data & carry-over my existing 1.76Gb data which it says I can do on your website. I checked my balance this morning & it was 0Gb! The 17/02 ends at midnight of the 17th not the beginning. You have once again my data from me (I have paid you for it, so it is mine & I have been given every excuse by your call centre from MTN are doing me a favour by giving me preferential rates (huh?) to "it's the computer" - people control computers, not the other way round MTN!) If I didn't use the account over a 6 month period, fine, cancel the data but not when its is active!
Similar to finding my petrol station people syphoning petrol from my car in my driveway. I run out & ask them what they're doing & they tell me they taking it back because I haven't used it all!
I have purchased more data so I can write this in the hope I can prevent others from falling into your trap. Time for me to change "service" providers, methi
