Unresolved billing query locked in Dec 2012

I took out a contract with Vodacom an I Phone contract in April 2012, where the features of the contract stipulate that I pay R399 pm that will include 250 MB of Data, 120 Free off peak minutes and 50 free SMS's the first two I do get but the SMS's are charge from SMS one, what happened to my 50 free sms's? Since April 2012 I want those costs reversed and the contract to be rectified for future use till my contract expires again. I locked a query with the Vodacom outlet in Bloemfontein Fichardt Park shopping centre in middle December 2012 I still await feedback, I phone Vodacom careline on 082111 where I was assisted and re locked the complaint, I luckily kept the booklet from which I chose the contract and faxed a copy as requested by Vodacom to 0115468743 on the 11 March 2013 again I wait!!!
