Hi,
I have no service, no BIS and no 111 service
If my apps connect (which none currently do), you do bill me for the costs incurred because I have no BIS... yes we had that battle last time.
I cannot contact Vodacom, I switched off my phone pulled sim, battery and waited 5 min. Put it back in and still nothing, cleared the logs. BIS logo disappears!
Can you please fix your service???
P.S. if you call and go directly to voicemail, its still not working!!!
