No Internet Service / GPS

Ok. So i started to drive away from my house at 10:30 this morning.
I was still able to get GPS signal and followed my GPS.
At some point i lost GPS signal.
I restarted my fone but it did not fix it.
At some point i lost internet connection.
I must have tried to restart my fone 6 times and even took out the battery.
I drove from point to point, stopping each time and trying to get GPS connection back.
At 11:40AM i decided to call customer care.
At 12:10PM they told me i can press # and they will call me back.
I pressed #.
Struggled to get back home (I was completely lost).
I had no GPS, Internet or any form of sellfone coverage to help me get back home.
I had to call customer care 5 times before the there were any reception.
It is now 12:58pm and no one has yet to call me back and neither is my service on my fone any better.
This is unfortuanately unacceptable dew to my days schedule being completely ruined and me wasting allot of petrol.

I have a blackberry fone and i am on the vodacom family topup account.
I have R116 left on my fone.
