To about an iternet service with Blackberry

I recieved an sms that i can upgrade my contract with vodacom. Naturally i called the online account upgrade department on 08217844. There i spoke to a lady named Chantell.after she had told me what phones i could get on my contract i decided to take the Blackberry 9790 bold. I then asked her if like my other Blackberry i would have unlimited internt downloads and after reassuring me a few times i accepted that. The fone was sent to me the next day. Later that night i discovered that after downloading music on the fone i had run out of airtime. I called the customer care and they logged an investigation because i now dont want this fone anymore because it does not do what i want it to do and i want to change the fone. They have been messing me around sending me from one department to another and no one seems to want to help me. I get told they will fone me back shortly and almost 24 hours later no one has foned me and i have contacted them again just to be put on hold for ages then told they cant help me i must fone another number. Now im on hold again waiting for a Bongani to pick up the fone so that i can talk to him and get cut off again. This is a pathetic service. Im still waiting.
