I BOUGHT A NEW PHONE AT EDGARS ATOUND MAY AND SOMEWHERE IN JULYI REALIZED THAT MY FONE IS NO LONGER CHARGING, SO I DECIDED TO RETURN IT TO EDGARS SINCE IT IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE AND AT EDGARS THE TOLD ME THAT THEY TAKING TO VODACOM SINCE IT SUPPLIES THEM WITH CELLPHONES.SO AROUND AUGUST I DECIDE TO CALL EDGARS TO CHECK IF MY FONE IS BACT, AND THEY SAID YES YOU CAN COME TO COLLECT IT AND I WENT THE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT VODACOM DID NOT FIX MY PHONE AT ALL.AND AT EDGARS TOLD ME TO LEAVE IT THERE THEY WILL SEND IT BACK TO VODACOM FOR REPAIR, AND SOMEWHERE AROUND LAST WEEK I CALLED EDGARS TO CHECK IF MY FONE IS BACK AND THEY SAID YES I CAN COME TO COLLECT IT BUT VODACOM DID NOT FIX IT, SO I WENT TO EDGARS TO THE FOLLOWING DAY SO EDGARS CALLED VODACOM TO ASK WHY THEY DID NOT FIX MY PHONE AND VODACOM SAID ITS PHYSICAL DAMAGE THEY CANT FIX IT AND THEY COULD NOT PRINT QUATATION FOR ME COS TO FIX IT ITS MORE THAN THE PRICE I BOUGHT IT, SO ITS BETTER I NUY A NEW FONE AND FORGET ABOUT THAT ONE.
