This will be the third time i will be sending in my NOKIA E-7 for the same problem, the charging block is faulty.
I phoned MTN and told them the problem, i asked that i get either a new unit or if that they upgrade my contract earlier as it causes a great inconvience for me as i use the phone everyday for work.
i am well aware of the CPA law as i am in the IT industry and deal with suppliers all the time, i was told by one of the consultants that it is not there decision to decide weather i get a new unit or not but the technician decision. I feel this is unacceptable i have to pay R300. 00 every month for this contract so now i will be paying for a phone i cannot use. This is also very poor customer service from MTN as i have made them aware that this is the third time that the phone has been sent in for the same fault. This is also the second time i am posting a complaint for the same reason.
